After finishing the Academie voor Kunst en Industrie in Enschede (nowadays Artez) in 1995 I worked as an autonomous visual artist.
In 2003 I started with the Fotovakschool in Apeldoorn where I graduated in 2007 with documentary photography as specialty.
After that I worked as an autonomous visual artist and a free lance photographer.
As an inhabitant of Arnhem, living close to the railway station I have been photographing ever since the rebuilding started, because it is in my own city and I feel involved.
